Our rustic open-air restaurant as well as its chairs and tables are made of materials from the local woods. The spacious rancho is ideal for relaxing after a long hike through the beautiful area of Cosigüina. Enjoy a cool fresh fruit juice and rest in a comfortable hammock.

The restaurant serves delicious Nicaraguan-inspired coastal dishes made with the freshest local products. Expect fresh seafood, good strong Nicaraguan coffee, cold beer and fresh local juices, vegetarian plates are always available.

It opens at 6.00 a.m. and receives last order at 7 p.m.
